Regus Group PLC21 March 2007 Regus Group PLC (RGU) Regus Group plc (the "Company") announces that the Remuneration Committee hasgranted the following conditional share awards to its Executive Director on 21stMarch 2007 at a price of £1.315 per share under the Regus Group plcCo-Investment Plan (the "CIP") approved by shareholders at the Company AGM on26th May 2005. Inaddition the CIP provides for the Remuneration Committee to provisionally awardup to four Matching Shares for each Investment Share conditionally awarded,subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions. The Investment Share awards will vest and be released at the end of a three-yearholding period, subject to the Executive Director being continuously employedwith Regus Group until 20th March 2010. The release of these Matching Share awards will be subject to the satisfactionof free cash flow per share and earnings per share targets. In addition there isa Total Shareholder Return underpin whereby no Matching Share awards will bereleased unless the Total Shareholder Return performance of the Company is atleast at the median compared to the companies currently constituting the FTSE350 Support Services Index over the three year performance period from the dateof grant. The date on which the Matching Shares are capable of vesting and being releasedis 21st March 2010. Further details of the conditions and vesting arrangementswill be included in the Directors' Remuneration Report for 2007. The Company also granted conditional share awards under the Co-Investment Planon 21st March 2007 to the following senior executives discharging managementresponsibility under the same terms and conditions as the above awards toExecutive Directors.
