NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
On 4 October 2019 the following options were granted over ordinary shares of 4 329/395 pence in Aggreko plc (the "Company") under the Aggreko UK Sharesave Plan to Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilty ("PDMRs") of the Company. The notification made on behalf of PDMRs under article 19.1 of the Market Abuse Regulation ('MAR') relates to transactions made on behalf of PDMRs in Aggreko plc shares.
