Award of options to Directors
IS Solutions Plc ("IS Solutions" or "the Company") announces that, on 7 January 2010, options over ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company were granted to certain directors under the Company's EMI scheme as follows:
35,000 options were granted to each of Peter Kear and James Dodkins with an exercise price of 18.5 pence. The options are exercisable from 7 January 2013 until 7 January 2020.
Following this award, Mr Kear and Mr Dodkins are interested in options over a total of 135,000 shares each in the Company.
