Glotel PLC20 December 2005 20th December 2005 Glotel plc Director's Shareholding Glotel Plc (the "Company") announces that on 19th December 2005 it grantedoptions over the ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company to JonathanBrooks, the Group Finance Director. 35,928 of these options were granted under Part A of The Glotel Plc CompanyShare Option Plan ("the Plan") and 164,072 options were granted under Part B ofThe Plan. All of the options granted are exercisable, subject to the achievementof specific performance criteria, between 19th December 2008 and 19th December2015 at a price of 83.5 pence per share.
