Options Cancellation
Leed Resources plc, (AIM: LDP), the natural resource investment company, announces that the Directors of Leed have agreed to cancel all their outstanding share options. They are doing this as part of a fresh start for the Company and underlines the changes taking place. Further changes can be expected.
For the record, Bromius Capital Pte Limited, a company of which Ian Gibbs is a director and shareholder, has a total of 120,756,913 options outstanding and Jinesh Patel has 103,505,926 options outstanding.
In addition, Peter Redmond, formerly Chairman of Leed, has agreed to the cancellation of his option awards totalling 120,756,913.
In the event that options are issued in future, they will be linked to a material transaction.
As indicated earlier, this is part of a programme of regeneration of the Company and the Board will make further announcements regarding strategy, operational guidance and how the Board intends to deliver value to shareholders.
