KRM22 plc (AIM: KRM.L), the technology and software investment company, with a particular focus on risk management in capital markets, announces that the Company was notified on 7 September 2021, that Keith Todd, Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 2,092 and 16,919 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 27 pence per share on 6 September 2021 and 7 September 2021 respectively.
Following the purchase, Keith Todd will have a beneficial interest in 2,757,119 Ordinary Shares representing 10.3 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
