ITV PLC14 March 2008 14 March 2008 ITV plcDeferred Share Award Plan (the "Plan") On 14 March 2008 a number of directors and executives of the Company weregranted awards over ordinary shares of the Company under the Plan based on theachievement of performance targets in respect of the period from 1 January 2007to 31 December 2007. Directors of the Company received awards in the form of restricted shares as setout below, which, under the Rules of the Plan will not be released to them until31 December 2008 (50%) and 31 December 2009 (50%).
