DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING
Cluff Gold, the dual AIM/TSX listed West African-focused gold mining company, announces that Stancroft Trust Limited, a company of which Mr Nicholas Berry (a non-executive director of Cluff Gold) is a director, has today sold 592,665 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 76p per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Mr Berry remains beneficially interested in 422,040 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.34% of the issued share capital of the Company.
