Director/PDMR Shareholding

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4, the Company announces that is has today been notified that Dr Kassem Alom, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, sold 12,055,946 ordinary shares of £0.10 each, being his entire shareholding in the Company, on 26 June 2014 for a price of £9.66 per ordinary share. Dr Kassem Alom sold his shareholding to Maksar Investments Ltd, a company which is 100% owned by him. Accordingly, the sale will not result in a change to the beneficial ownership of the shares concerned.
