The Company was informed on 27 June 2016 that on that day, Jo Duffield of LXB3 Partners LLP, purchased 521,867 shares in the Company at an average price of 63.13 pence per share.

Following this transaction Jo Duffield holds 1,642,300 shares in the Company which represents 0.98% of the Company's issued share capital.

The Company was informed on 27 June 2016 that on that day, Brendan O'Grady of LXB3 Partners LLP, purchased 250,000 shares in the Company at a price of 62.5 pence per share.

Following this transaction Brendan O'Grady holds 1,750,000 shares in the Company which represents 1.04% of the Company's issued share capital.

The group headed by LXB3 Partners LLP includes LXB Adviser LLP which is the Investment Adviser to the LXB Retail Properties Plc Group. Following the above transactions, the individual members of LXB3 Partners LLP (and their spouses) hold an aggregate total of 18,445,344 ordinary shares in the Company, which represents 10.96% of the Company's issued share capital.
