The fractional sharewas combined by the brokerage house with other fractional shares owned bythird-parties and sold at a whole share price of US$47.95. Following thistransaction, Mr. Parker continues to hold 36,408 Shares. Richard Glasier, a member of Carnival Corporation & plc's Boards of Directors,sold 0.485 of one share of Carnival Corporation common stock, with a nominalvalue of US$.01 per share, on the New York Stock Exchange. The fractional sharewas combined by the brokerage house with other fractional shares owned bythird-parties and sold at a whole share price of US$47.95. Following thistransaction, Mr. Glasier continues to hold 24,686 Shares.
