Shearwater Group plc (AIM: SWG) announces that on 7 December 2021 Wentworth Limited, a company in which the Company's Chairman, David Williams, has a beneficial interest, purchased 185,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 95 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Mr. Williams is beneficially interested in a total of 1,618,757 Ordinary Shares, representing [6.8]% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
