Mattioli Woods plc (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth management and employee benefits business, announces that on 19 November 2015, Ian Mattioli, Chief Executive of the Company, sold 160,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 639 pence per share.
Following the sale, Mr Mattioli now holds a beneficial interest in 3,233,703 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 12.9% of the Company's issued share capital.
