ScS, one of the UK's largest retailers of upholstered furniture and floorings, has been notified that on 17 December 2018, Simon Nicholson, Buying Director, purchased 9,897 ordinary shares at a purchase price of 199.08p. Following this transaction Simon Nicholson and persons closely associated with him are interested in 12,386 ordinary shares representing 0.03 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
