Lo-Q announces that it was informed on 24 November 2008 that on the same day, Anthony Bone, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at 38p per share. Mr Bone's resultant share interest comprises 381,517 ordinary shares, representing approximately 2.49% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
