Directors' shareholding

The Company announces that they were notified today that on 26th April 2010 Andrew W Walker, Non-executive Director, acquired a total of 100 Ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company, at a price of £5.35 each and 300 A Ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company at a price of £1.20.

Following this acquisition, Andrew W Walker holds 100 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02 per cent. of the current issued Ordinary share capital of the Company and 300 A Ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.03 per cent of the current issued A Ordinary share capital of the Company.

The shares are held in the name of Giltspur Nominees Limited a/c BUNS
