De La Rue PLC10 May 2006 De La Rue plc's Directors' Interests De La Rue plc (the "Company") was notified today, 9 May 2006, that the De La RueQualifying Employee Share Ownership (the "Trust") on 9 May 2006 transferred 618shares of 277/9p each in the Company pursuant to the exercise of options underthe De La Rue Sharesave Scheme. The number of De La Rue plc shares now held bythe Trust is 228,749, 0.124% of the issued share capital.
