This notification relates to a transaction notified in accordance with Disclosure Rules 3.1.4R(1)(a).

On 6 April 2010, Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC (LSE:BRW) received notification that Stephen Ford a PDMR, has today paid up nil paid shares totalling 6,369 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 1.57p each pursuant to the Company's Senior Employee Matching Purchase Scheme December 2005 grant.

His resultant holding in Ordinary Shares in the Company is now 180,742 ordinary shares (of which 48,338 are nil paid), representing approximately 0.0785% of the total issued share capital of the Company and the total number of shares over which options are held by him is 76,707.
