Director Shareholdings

Cambium Global Timberland Limited has received notification today that on 28 March 2011, Mr Donald Adamson, a non-executive Chairman of the Company, acquired 500,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.48 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital at the price of 53.875 pence per Ordinary Share. Mr Donald Adamson now holds 550,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 0.53 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

The Company has received notification today that on 28 March 2011, Mr Colin McGrady, who is the founding partner of CP Cogent Partners Asset Management LP and who acts as the Investment Manager, acquired 250,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.24 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital at the price of 53.875 pence per Ordinary Share. Mr Colin McGrady now holds 300,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 0.29 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

The Company has received notification today that on 28 March 2011, Mr Martin Richardson, a non-executive Director of the Company, acquired 100,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.096 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital at the price of 53.875 pence per Ordinary Share. Mr Martin Richardson now holds 150,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 0.14 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

The Company has received notification today that on 28 March 2011, Mr Robert Rickman, a non-executive Director of the Company, acquired 25,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.024 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital at the price of 53.875 pence per Ordinary Share. Prior to this Mr Robert Rickman held no shares in the Company.

The Company has received notification today that on 28 March 2011, Mr William Spitz, a non-executive Director of the Company, acquired 50,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.048 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital at the price of 53.875 pence per Ordinary Share. Mr William Spitz now holds 100,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 0.10 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
