Umeco plc announces a change to the interests of Directors & PDMRs in 25 pence ordinary shares.
On 15 July 2008, Doug Robertson purchased 10,000 shares at a price of 399.05 pence per share, representing 0.02% of the current issued share capital. Mr Robertson's holdings of ordinary shares, including deferred shares held under the terms of the Umeco Bonus Plan, are therefore as follows:
