The Company announces that on 8 July 2008, Christian Schaffalitzky completed the purchase of 950,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 3.3p per share. Following this acquisition, Christian Schaffalitzky is interested in 2,916,866 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.07% of the Company's issued share capital.
