Norcros announces that on 30 December 2008 Mr David Hamilton, Executive Director and Company Secretary, purchased 500,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 5.25 pence per share via his self invested personal pension (SIPP) administered by IPM Pension Trustees .
Following these purchases his beneficial interest, including the beneficial holdings of his connected persons, is as follows:
