NOTIFICATION TO THE STOCK EXCHANGE

DEALINGS BY DIRECTORS

The Company has been advised that the Trustee of The Savills plc 1992 Employee Benefit Trust (the "Trustee") has today purchased 500,000 Savills plc ordinary shares of 2½p each at 305.5555p per share.

Following the purchase, the potential beneficial interest of all the Directors of Savills plc who are employed by the Group in shares held by the Trustee is 10,101,480 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 7.67% of the Company's issued share capital.

As at today's date the Company's issued share capital is 131,845,502 shares.
