Carillion PLC24 April 2007 Carillion plc (the Company)Deferred Bonus Plan and Carillion plc Employee Share Ownership Trust (the Trust) The following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs) weregranted awards on 7 April 2006 under the Carillion Deferred Bonus Plan (thePlan) over the following number of shares:- No. of Ordinary Shares of 50p each Chris Girling, Executive Director 26,549Don Kenny, Executive Director 6,400Staff Engstrom, Strategy Director 4,641Richard Tapp, Company Secretary 5,660Susan Morton, Group HR Director 5,105 For the purposes of the Plan, the shares were held in the Carillion plc EmployeeShare Ownership Trust (the Trust) for 12 months before being transferred to thePDMRs.
