The Company was informed on 27 July 2011 that, on the same date, Daniel Elger, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 15,000 ordinary shares at 36.5p per share.

Dr. Elger's resultant total holding is 15,000 shares representing 0.01% of the issued share capital of the company which currently stands at 138,126,467 shares all carrying voting rights.
