Share Interests of Directors
The Company has been notified today that the Directors listed below have subscribed for and have been allotted the following ordinary shares of 1p each ("Shares") in the Company, at an issue price of 22p per Share, pursuant to the Firm Placing, Placing and Open Offer ("the Offer") announced by the Company on 14 May 2010.
The Offer was approved by the shareholders at a General Meeting held on Thursday, 17 June 2010 and the New Ordinary Shares were unconditionally allotted and admitted to trading today.
