Robert Walters plc has been notified that a connected party to a Non-executive Director of the Company, Matt Ashley's spouse, has purchased 9,667 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 03 August 2022 at a price of £5.17 per share. As a result, Mr Ashley's holding in Robert Walters plc, including holdings of connected persons, is now 9,667 Ordinary Shares.
