Director's Dealing

The Company announces that it has received notification from Jonny Plant, the Joint Chief Executive Officer of the Company, that he purchased 300 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The Ordinary Shares were purchased at a price of 86 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the purchase, Mr Plant immediately gifted the shares to a non-connected individual for nil consideration.

As a result of the above purchase and gift, Mr Plant's interest in Ordinary Shares remains unchanged at 3,676,346 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 7.7 per cent of the current issued share capital of the Company.
