The Company was yesterday informed that under the terms of the Bellway plc Employee Share Trust (1992) (an arrangement to reward directors and employees, 3,347 ordinary 12.5p shares (including dividend equivalent shares which have accrued between grant and vesting) were transferred on 23 November 2015 to Keith Adey for nil consideration under the Bellway plc (2008) Share Matching Plan.

He immediately thereafter sold 1,578 Bellway plc 12.5 ordinary shares at a price of 2409.00p per share.

Following the above transactions, the number of Bellway plc 12.5p ordinary shares which are beneficially held is as follows:

The other interests of the directors remain unchanged.
