Director / PDMR Shareholding
The Company was informed that on 9 November 2020 Robin Eggar, Managing Director, UK Investment Management of the Company, exercised awards over 1,772 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") granted under the 2010 Brooks Macdonald Long Term Incentive Scheme (the "LTIS") and over 808 Shares granted under the 2018 Long Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP") as deferred bonus share awards in 2019. Following the exercise, all 2,580 of the Shares were sold at a price of 1542.5p per share.
To satisfy the exercise of the awards, 2,580 Shares were transferred from the Brooks Macdonald Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT"). The Company was notified by RBC cees Trustee Limited, as trustees of the EBT, that following this transfer the EBT now holds 509,177 Shares, representing 3.16% of the Company's total voting rights.
