Director's Shareholding
The Company was notified on 8 December 2009 of the purchase on 8 December 2009 by Daniel Bernstein, Non-executive Director of the Company, of 40,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares") at a price of 3.375p per Share. As a consequence, Mr Bernstein's shareholding in the Company, including family interests, is 50,000 Shares representing 0.01 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.
