Notification of transactions of directors, persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") or connected persons in accordance with DR 3.1.4R 

SABMiller plc was notified on 31 March 2014 that Mr C A Van Kralingen, a PDMR, had on 31 March 2014 exercised an option to purchase 33,107 SABMiller ordinary shares at an option price of R96.95 per share, 50,000 SABMiller ordinary shares at an option price of £11.67 per share and 50,000 SABMiller ordinary shares at an option price of £12.50 per share.

33,107 ordinary shares in the Company were subsequently sold at a price of R532.6259 per share on 31 March 2014 in Johannesburg and 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company were sold at a price of £30.195895 per share on 31 March 2014 in London.
