Next Fifteen Communications Group plc (the "Company") announces that it has received notification of the following purchase of ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by a director.
On 30 November 2009, William Whitehorn, Chairman of the Company, purchased 75,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 64p per share. As a result of this purchase, William Whitehorn is now interested in a total of 1,095,126 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.00% of the Company's issued share capital with voting rights, being 54,888,394 Ordinary Shares.
