The Board of Elektron announces that on 18 February 2010, Malcolm Argent, Non Executive Director, purchased 40,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 12.88 pence per share, representing approximately 0.05 per cent of the total voting rights in the Company. Malcolm Argent has no other interests in the ordinary shares of the Company.
