Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings plc (IDH.L) ("IDS" or the "Company"), a specialist producer of manual and automated diagnostic testing kits and instrumentation for the clinical and research markets, was advised that today, Jaap Stuut, Chief Executive Officer, acquired 2,500 ordinary shares of 2p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of £2.10 per Ordinary Share.
Following these purchases, Mr Stuut is interested in 7,500 Ordinary Shares, 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company.
