The Company received notification on 18 April 2016 from Mr. J.W. Poulter, a Director of the Company, informing it that, on 15 April 2016, he exercised an SAYE Option over 3,383 ordinary shares of 38 6/13 pence each. The exercise price was 266 pence per share.

Following this transaction, the total interest of Mr. J.W. Poulter in the Company is 123,383 shares representing 0.44% of the Company's issued share capital.
