Polar Capital Holdings plc ("Polar Capital" or the "Company")
Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs)/Persons Closely Associated (PCAs)
The Company was notified on 15 April 2021 that Mr John Mansell, Executive Director, had as part of his personal financial planning sold 82,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") at an aggregated price of 741.0p per share and purchased 82,000 ordinary shares at an aggregated price of 741.0p per share for his pension account at Standard Life.
There would be no change of beneficial ownership as a result of these transactions and Mr Mansell's interest in the number of the Company's shares would remain unchanged.
