John Menzies plc - Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified today (14 March 2011) that an award made in March 2008 under the Company's 2005 Bonus Co-Investment Plan has vested and that the following Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMR) have received ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company, following the partial satisfaction of the performance criteria attached to the award.
