Ladbrokes Coral Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 2 January 2018, Jim Mullen, Chief Executive Officer, exercised 15,345 options under the Company's 1983 Savings Related Share Option Scheme to purchase ordinary shares of 281/3 pence each in the capital of the Company. Jim Mullen exercised the options at the option price of 117.3 pence and retained all shares.
