Director's Dealing
The Board of CNE (AIM: CNEL), the AIM quoted engineering and technology solutions provider to the bioenergy sector, announces that it was notified on 4 October 2019 by Richard Bennett, a director, that on the same day he had acquired 512,015 shares at an average price of 2.64p per share.
Following the acquisition, Mr Bennett now holds 837,747 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.17 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
The issued share capital of the Company is 491,256,350 ordinary shares which includes 46,808,809 ordinary shares held in treasury.
