PDMR Dealing, exercise of share options and issue of new ordinary shares
Bioquell PLC announces that it has issued 36,511 ordinary shares of 10p each following the exercise of options under the Company's share option and SAYE schemes. The 36,511 new Ordinary Shares comprise 4,130 Ordinary Shares allotted on 22 March 2017 and 32,381 Ordinary Shares allotted on 24 March 2017. The option exercises have been satisfied by the Company's block listing arrangements.
The exercise of options on 24 March 2017 comprised the exercise by Michael Roller, PDMR, of options over 32,381 Ordinary Shares.
The issued share capital of the Company is now comprised of 22,981,291 Ordinary Shares of 10p each. As 632,000 of these Ordinary Shares are held as treasury shares, the total number of voting rights in the company is 22,349,291. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
