Cambridge, UK: Abcam plc (AIM: ABC), a global leader in the supply of life science research tools, was notified on 13 April 2018 that on 12 April 2018, the Trustees of the Abcam plc Share Incentive Plan ("Plan") purchased Ordinary Shares of 0.2 pence each in the Company at a price of £12.81 per share under the Plan's provision for dividend re-investment on behalf of the persons listed below:
