Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and Persons Closely Associated with them.
The Weir Group PLC (the "Company") hereby announces that the PDMR noted below transferred 25,057 ordinary shares of 12.5p each in the Company for nil consideration from Computershare Investor Services PLC, acting in its capacity as nominee for the PDMR, to the PDMR's nominee account with UBS Financial Services. Following the transfer, the PDMR's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged.
