In accordance with DTR 3.1.4, the Company was notified that Mr A Evans, a person discharging managerial responsibilities, had on 13 April 2012 purchased 13,500 Ordinary shares of 10p each in Centaur Media plc. All the shares were purchased on the London Stock Exchange for GBP £0.365 per share.

As a result of this transaction Mr A Evans is now interested in 14,560 Ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company representing 0.0097% of the issued share capital.
