The Company was advised on 8 April 2009 that on 8 April 2009, Chris Riggs, Sales Director, acquired 3,300 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company, at 17p per share. 

Following this purchase, Mr Riggs has a total beneficial interest in 3,300 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
