Notification of Directors' Interests
The Company has received notification from Halifax EES Trustees International Limited, the trustees of the BBA Group Employee Share Trust, that 58,933 BBA Aviation plc ordinary shares of 2916/21 pence each were released on 11 June 2009 to Simon Pryce at nil cost: 24,163 shares were sold at 125p per share and 34,770 shares were transferred to Mr Pryce. This release relates to an award of shares made to Simon Pryce on 18 June 2007 under which equal 33.3% tranches will be released to him after one, two and three years of service.
Mr Pryce's total beneficial holding following this notification is 594,520 shares.
