Impellam Group plc also announces that an application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM of the block admission of 645,455 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'), which may be allotted and issued in due course in relation to the vesting of options granted under the rules of Impellam's share schemes. It is expected that the block admission will become effective on 15 May 2008.
The correct total issued share capital of the Company is currently 44,520,930 Ordinary Shares. This varies from the original number of Ordinary shares announced at admission of 44,529,679 due to fractional entitlements arising from the acquisition of The Corporate Services Group plc. The Ordinary Shares, the subject of the block admission, may or may not be allotted in due course.
