FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 30 JULY 2008 RIGHTMOVE PLC NOTIFICATION OF DIRECTORS' INTERESTS
Rightmove plc (the "Company") hereby notifies that on 30 July 2008 the following persons discharging managerial responsibility and directors exchanged share options ("Old Options") granted under the Rightmove Sharesave Plan in respect of Shares in Rightmove Group Limited ("OldCo") for share options over ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("New Options"):

The New Options are granted on the basis of one share in the Company for every one existing OldCo Share and on the same terms as the Old Options. No consideration was payable for the exchange of the options.
The exchange of the Old Options for the New Options is not subject to the provisions of the Model Code, being a dealing in connection with a HM Revenue & Customs approved SAYE option scheme (Rule 2(i)), and can therefore take place during a close period.
