Huntsworth PLC14 March 2008 Huntsworth PLC ("Huntsworth" or the "Company") Directors' Interests 14 March 2008 Sally Withey, a director of Huntsworth, has purchased 12,178 shares of 50p eachin the Company at 81.5p per share on 13 March 2008 representing approximately0.006% of the Company's issued share capital. She has agreed that these sharesare transferable by way of forfeit to the Company's employee benefit trust inwhole or in part, if she should leave the employment of Huntsworth within 3years other than for a permitted reason as stated in the rules of the HuntsworthMatched Share Plan. These shares have been purchased following the grant of anaward to Ms Withey over 12,178 shares under the Huntsworth Matched Share Plan,in accordance with the terms of that plan.
