Tesco PLC - PDMR Shareholding
On 20 April 2011, the following PDMRs received Ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company as detailed below, such shares having been released to them from the Tesco Executive Incentive Scheme in accordance with its terms.The share price on release was 397.475 pence per share.
